Taro & Pumpkin in Coconut Milk |
¼ lb taro and pumpkin, cut in pieces
(1)-(1 ½ cups coconut milk
3 tbsps palm sugar or brown sugar)

1. Add taro
and pumpkin to (1) then bring to boil. Reduce to low heat
and cook 10 minutes until tender. |

Variation: Taro and pumpkin may be used together, or individually
depending on personal preference. Serves
