1. In a medium bowl, add onion, garlic,
herbs, spices and breadcrumbs. Mix together well using
your hands. Divide meat mixture into 12 even portions.
Mould into sausage shapes around oiled, metal skewers. |
2. Brush lightly with egg; roll in
extra breadcrumbs to coat evenly. Store in the
refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, 1 hour or
overnight. |
3. Place skewers
on a lightly greased grill or flat plate. Cook over medium
heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning
occasionally. Serve with Yoghurt Dressing. |
